Cape San Blas on a budget without the sacrifice! Wine Down is the vacation home just a short walk from the beach that will make you think you are at the Taj Mahal of beach vacation homes. This glorious home sleeps 16 in comfort and style. Fabulous décor, furnishings, and comfort come standard in this home.

Just step out of your car and see the magnificent pool area and the modern seating group with decorative lighting and a fire table fit for any great celebration. Take the stairs or custom elevator to the second floor where you will find the first three bedrooms, all decorated to different taste and style. Two masters with en suite baths and adjustable king beds enjoy relaxing views of the gulf that can be enjoyed from the direct access porch. Lounge in the hanging bed or a myriad of comfortable chairs and enjoy your morning wake-me-up coffee. This level also features a delightful bunk room with en suite bath for the kids, pile all 6 of them in their own playfully decorated room!

The top level is where the most glorious views await! A great room fit for the name, encompassing a chef-suited kitchen, a wine-enthusiast bar, and a well-appointed living room. Enjoy an entire family group seating at the hand-crafted live-edge solid oak dining table lit by a custom-made juniper log chandelier; pictures do not do it justice. Enjoy the magnificent Cape San Blas sunsets from the screened in porch featuring another custom-made outdoor dining table along with comfortable group seating. On this top level is the fourth bedroom which sleeps four with an adjustable queen bed and a daybed with trundle and a fourth bathroom to accompany, not to mention the amazing view of St. Joseph’s Bay. In the living room is a sleeper sofa which accommodates two more guests.

To assist in your adventure at Wine Down, your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental, delivery fee may apply. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

Wine Down will be the house to return to year after year once you see the comfort, luxury, and beauty this home has to offer. A one minute walk to Cape Palms Park gives you beach access at the price to afford a beach vacation any time of the year, and even more than once a year.

The property was absolutely beautiful inside and out! The kitchen was filled with necessary items and the bedrooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The owners thought of everything and the rental agency was efficient and helpful. Loved my family vacation at Wine Down!

This was the nicest home we have rented on the cape. Everything was the best. We could walk to the beach if we wanted but due to the red tide or maybe the oil spill the beach had dead fish and smelled bad so we stayed mainly at the house we didn’t go out to eat but we did buy donuts We loved the tee shirts. Wind Down at Wine Down

Our large family enjoyed a relaxing stay at Wine Down. The screened porch provided a perfect backdrop for morning coffee while the children enjoyed breakfast at the large table. We all relaxed by or in the pool before or after going to the beach! We will be back!

Best Vacation Rental Ever!

This house exceeded our expectations! Very clean and it had everything we needed and more! The kitchen was amazing, had every utensil you can imagine. There’s a counter top ice maker, olive/mushroom/strawberry slicer, steam pot with lid and basket for shrimp or other seafood, air fryer, plenty of Tupperware type containers to use there (not to take home), an abundance of plates, bowls, wine glasses, coffee cups and silverware! Plenty of towels too. The beds were very comfortable and the decor is stunning! And the elevator was so convenient. The walk to the beach was easy and we could see the sunset from the top screened in porch. We had five adults, a 19 and 16 year old, a 3 year old and a 16 month old. There was a very nice wooden gate for the top of the stairs! Plenty of extra blankets and even an extra fan in the closet of the bunk room (which was larger then it looks in photos). The upstairs bedroom had a trundle bed, so there’s an extra twin mattress underneath. The pool was perfect and is salt water, which was great. The Corn Hole boards were a lot of fun too. Just down the street is a seafood market which we used several times. About 10 minutes down the road is the state park and about 5 minutes back towards Port St. Joe is a kayak launch on the bay side.

Great house and location

We loved our stay at Wine Down. The house is beautiful and has everything you need in the kitchen. Plenty of room for our family and in a great location. It is an easy walk to the beach and also located off of an 8 mile bike trail. We enjoyed biking to the different shops in town. The pool area is great and has plenty of seating. The screened in porch was great for eating or watching the rain. The house was clean and we can’t wait to return.

We had a wonderful week at Wine Down! We spent a lot of time relaxing on the screened porch and downstairs by the pool with our kids and dogs. The kitchen was very well equipped and we loved that there were 2 master suites. We hope to come back again!

Wine Down is phenomenal! We have stayed in many rental houses in Cape San Blas and this home is hands down the BEST! The kitchen is incredible, anything you want to cook or bake they have provided the appliance! The house, the decor, the pool... everything was absolutely amazing. My daughter’s favorite thing in the house was the shark in the elevator.!!! We are already planning our next trip!

MJC Seaside Celebration

This house is just amazing. So many views, so many seating areas for guests to visit. Kitchen was fully stocked for even the most adept cooks in the family. The decorations in the house were so darn cute and frequently we found ourselves just wandering around as a group looking at them. The giant wood table in the dining room and the other woodwork installations were just over the top. The pool was amazing, again all 15 of us had places to sit and lounge. The "beach lounge" as we called it with the lights was a popular place to spend our evenings. The grill was great and completely decked out with every tool I could desire for grilling. We have spent many vacations in rentals and the group dubbed this one the "best ever". Just a lovely, lovely house. This house will completely overdeliver on anything renters would be looking for in Cape San Blas.
