From an extra-large swim spa with 2 heated zones for separate hot tub & swimming temperatures, 2 separate laundry areas, 2 kitchenettes plus the main chef’s kitchen with 2 refrigerators, stand-alone ice maker, elevator that serves all floors, screened porches, decks with amazing views, pass-through window to grilling deck, gas and flat grill, 6 bedrooms all with private bathrooms, ½ bath on the ground floor close to the swim spa and another one on the main living level, a beautiful community pool, and all of this within a private, gated community.

Looking for adventure during your stay at Sunset Dunes? Your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental, delivery fee may apply. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

Best trip ever!

Words cannot describe how much we loved our week at Sunset Dunes! Our grandkids cried when we had to leave! This house was the most comfortable, well stocked home we've rented. The kitchen was amazing, the owners have thought of everything, you do not need anything except food. I was skeptical about having the kitchen and living room on the top level, but that was soon short lived when we saw the amazing views from the deck. The house was beyond our expectations! The staff at Cape & Coast were awesome too. They answered questions within minutes and made our trip amazing. Cape San Blas is beautiful, we plan on returning.

We had a wonderful time at Sunset Dunes. The house is extremely comfortable and well-equipped. The views from the deck are spectacular, and the elevator, swim spa, and community pool were added bonuses. The staff at Cape and Coast are awesome.

Fabulous House!

This house is wonderful! It has plenty of room. 1/2 baths on the 4th floor and ground floor are very convenient. Beds are very comfortable. Fantastic views. Loads of porches. You could see both the Gulf and the bay. Swim spa and hot tub are excellent. The house was very clean and well maintained.

Fantastic House

Renting from Cape and Coast was easy. We downloaded the app and everything was done electronically. They were quick to answer any questions we had. The kitchen was fully stocked for a large crowd! The pictures don't do justice to the beautiful decor. We had 13 adult sized people and found there to be plenty of room for us all to spread out. The view to the ocean is breathtaking. The pool is literally across the street. We loved having two washer and dryers. There are 54 steps from the garage area to the kitchen area, but we liked the exercise and would take the elevator if we had groceries. WE ate at Coneheads and Peachy's. The closest large grocery store, the Piggly Wiggly is about 30 minutes away. But there is a small provisions market close. Cell service was sometimes iffy, but you are on vacation, right?! We would definitely go back and would recommend this house.

Beautiful house!

Great house on the best part of the beach! We had a great week even though it rained a couple of days. Elevator was fantastic as well as the HUGE deck. Kitchen was well equipped and the screened in porches were great in the morning to watch the sunrise.

Sunset Dunes

Great week! This house was beautiful and perfect location for a quiet week away. Great space for 4 families. Beach was easily accessible and not busy. We loved the porch on the top floor. Great view and great Breeze when sitting outside. I can't say enough about this property.
