Welcome to SEA CREST, a Gulf-front vacation rental at Indian Pass, Florida. Indian Pass is becoming a family-favorite because of its wide and low-density beaches. This home boasts of 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, chef’s kitchen, private pool, and panoramic Gulf views. Located a few miles from the Indian Pass boat ramp, Sea Crest is also within walking distance of the famous Indian Pass Raw Bar.
Passing through the entry to the second floor, you will find a Gulf-front open concept floor plan, perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The windows throughout this level flood the area with natural light creating an inviting and cheerful room. The living area is complete with an L-shaped sofa, wide-screen TV, and views that span for miles. Need space for a larger group? San Sou Sea is next door.
Looking for adventure during your stay at Sea Crest? Your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental, delivery fee may apply. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the beach, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Lagoon, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

Bringing a pet or want pool heat? Either can be arranged for an additional fee (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature). Location was perfect. Very easy walk down the path to the water, I was even able to pull a stroller down. House was excellent, very clean, lots of room, plenty of towels. Submitted a request in the app for maintenance to unclog a toilet and they were there within about 10 minutes!

Great vacation home!

The Sea Crest was exceptional! There were 16 of us (10 adults and 6 kids) as well as our dogs and we all stayed there comfortably. Everything was as described and in working order. The ice maker was a pleasant surprise 🙂 The house was very clean and extra sheets and towels were provided. The pool was great for the kids when we weren't at the beach. The balconies were great for enjoying the sunrise and watching the waves. Absolutely no complaints about this house! I would bring some bug spray as the mosquitoes are a bit overwhelming in the evenings though. I would definitely stay here again!!

My family and I had the best experience with this company and place! The rental was clean, nicely decorated and spacious. We had 6 adults and twin 3 year olds, every one had enough area for personal space and the family room held everyone comfortably. This maybe the new family get away home for future vacations. Enjoyed our vacation at the Sea Crest. Beautiful views and a nice place to spend a week with the family.
If you are looking for a place that is "off the beaten path", this is it. Earlier in the week, it seemed as if we had the beach to ourselves. Now we did go the last week in August so that could be the reason that it appeared we were alone.
The ocean that week was littered with seaweed, which made it uncomfortable to wade in the water for an extended period of time.
All in all, we enjoyed our visit to Port St Joe's.

We have vacationed in this area for 5 years. This house floor plan and furnishings met the needs of our 6 adults and 2 kids very well. April 2019: We stayed at the house called "Sea Crest" in Port St. Joe, Florida. It was perfect for our family!
It has the Gulf of Mexico in your front yard, with a huge, beautiful, flat, white sand beach, which had only a handful of people on during the week. It was as though we had the entire beach to ourselves!
We were the second group of people to use the house since the hurricane. There were a few minor issues I brought to the managements attention after we arrived. They came out to the house within an hour and addressed each concern. They were very personable, and were excellent to work with. I would highly recommend this place!
The sunsets are amazing!

This home was perfect for our big family vacation with 11 adults/children and one dog. The condition of the home was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. We discovered a problem with a fan in one of the bedrooms the first night. We filed an online work order for it the next morning and someone was there to repair it within a few hours. We were surprised as it was Sunday and we didn't expect anyone until Monday. When we lost power due to a storm, they were very good about updating us on how things were progressing via text. We would highly recommend this property as well as Cape & Coast Vacation Rentals!

we loved the location of Sea Crest, having access with our golf cart was great. We enjoyed the swimming pool. The house was clean and the welcoming bags with lavendar was special. Everyone loved this extra touch. There was issues with the bathrooms upstairs that got quickly resolved. The maintenance man was really nice. I would suggest the owners put shelves in the broom closet and laundry closet. Also, hooks in the bathrooms. A gate from the pool to the boardwalk to give front access to the beach would also be helpful. We had a great time!

Great Get AWAY Vacation

One thing I would note it the propane grill is not what I consider a grill it is a flat-top which does not cook like a grill and it is hard to clean, you would need a grill brick. Last time we vacationed on the Cape, we did not have a pool. We will not go without a pool again. We were in and out of the pool everyday. It was great for the smaller children who didn't enjoy the ocean water when the waves were up. The only part of our week that was disappointing was that scallop season was postponed; but we did go snorkeling for the first time, and will do it again. If you are looking for a vacation place to relax and not feel like you have to go all the time this is it! The house is great, the beach is amazing, and when you don't feel like walking down to the ocean you play in the pool. We will definitely be back!

Sea Crest Port St. Joe Paradise

The first word that comes to mind is AMAZING! We had the best vacation of all vacations! The house was clean and ready for our arrival. Our rental bikes were also waiting there. The house is large with plenty of room for everyone. The beds are very comfortable and the convenience of everyone having their own bath is a plus. The gathering areas are wonderful with space for everyone to sit, whether playing board games, eating or watching tv late evening. The pool is a nice bonus for relaxing and again plenty of lounge chairs and tables for eating what you have cooked on the large grill. We love the addition of the fire pit, of course we made smores!! The convenience of the outside shower and hose available for washing off the beach sand was great. Oh, and the beach!!!! Spectacular beach, with the softest sand and extremely clean! We are already talking about coming back next year!!!! We love this home!!

Sea Crest Port St. Joe Paradise
The first word that comes to mind is AMAZING! We had the best vacation of all vacations! The house was clean and ready for our arrival. Our rental bikes were also waiting there. The house is large with plenty of room for everyone. The beds are very comfortable and the convenience of everyone having their own bath is a plus. The gathering areas are wonderful with space for everyone to sit, whether playing board games, eating or watching tv late evening. Clemson Fans Love Sea Crest!

Two families rented this beautiful house for Spring Break. The house was clean and very convenient to Port St. Joe. The pool was perfectly heated and we loved having an uncrowded beach. This is the best VRBO we have ever rented. We would definitely book this same house again!
