SANDY CAY has expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico, easy beach access in your own backyard, a beachfront elevated pool where you will find breathtaking views. From each deck you will experience sunset and evening views unlike any other. With all the amenities this home has to offer, extravagant, coastal living is right at your fingertips. Perfect for large groups, each bedroom has a private bathroom, and 4 spacious Master Suites makes sure adults feel pampered. A children’s suite makes sure the kids know that they are welcomed as well. With 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, this gulf front vacation home located on the north cape accommodates 18. The Seagrass community also provides a community pool available to all guests.

To assist in your adventure at Sandy Cay, your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental, delivery fee may apply. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

Bringing a pet or want pool heat? Either one can be arranged for additional fee (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature). Please check with us on size and number limits for pets. No events allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or groups that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit.

Sandy Cay is an amazing house with a beautiful view. 7 bedrooms with all on suite bathrooms worked out wonderfully for our group. The elevator was a real plus. Definitely will be back.

Peaceful and spacious

Wonderful rental! The kitchen was fully stocked! There wasn’t one kitchen item we went looking for that wasn’t there already. The house is spacious and well laid out. The beach gear delivery was convenient and with the wagon we brought it was not terrible to haul the umbrellas and beach chairs each day. The pool was wonderful to chill in at night and the view of the ocean and stars amazing! We didn’t eat out at all since we had so many traveling with us but the kids enjoyed walking to get ice cream and donuts. Get there super early for donuts! We purchased wood at the trading post and had beach fires which was really nice! Very low key and quiet!

Best views on the Cape

This might be the best house we have ever stayed at! Things we loved....the views from every room! Vacant land to one side meant the beaches were practically uninhabited. Master King Bed was SOOOO comfortable. We forgot to ask to have the pool heated. I emailed Cape and Coast and within a few hours the pool was nice and toasty! Every bathroom was well appointed and clean. The kitchen is huge with so many place settings for a huge group. Private beach walk way was great. Walking/biking distance to the trading post. Skully's is right outside of the neighborhood and the boil is amazing!! Love this home! We did not visit the neighborhood pool since we had our own, but it looks to be very well cared for.

Great space for large family

We have been to CSB many times, but this trip will be one of my favorites! The house was more than I could have imagined. The rooms were big enough for everyone to feel relaxed and pampered. I loved the 6 king size beds, you don’t find that often, which were incredibly comfortable! After a great day of fishing, we all worked together preparing dinner. The kitchen was large enough for us to be comfortable while working together. We loved the pool which was right outside the family room. The deck chairs were fabulous each morning while drinking coffee or sipping wine while watching the sunset. If I had the opportunity to own a house at the cape, it would be just like this house.

The house was perfect. Clean and has the most beautiful views. Plenty of room for 10 adults and 6 children. The children loved the pool and the beach with all the sea shells was so much fun. Went boating in the Bay found awesome shells and fishing was fun. Road horses on the beach. Biked up to Webbers Donuts and ice cream shop. Walk around road to low country boil. Loved Coneheads food and serves was great. Love steamed seafood go to Indian Pass Uptown in Port St. Joe. There is so much fun to have without all the hassle of big development. Most beautiful place to relax and have fun. Management was on top of anything we called about. My grandchildren wanted to know if I could buy the house and we all just live there. That says a lot! We will be back to Cape San Blas hopefully soon. Thanks to Cape & Coast I have already recommend you and this place to several people.
