Beautiful, spacious, and beachfront, Sand Haven welcomes your family with elegance and style and offers glorious panoramic views of the sandy, pristine beaches of Cape San Blas that can’t be beat. This thoughtfully designed and maintained home provides all the comforts of home, making Sand Haven your perfect Cape San Blas retreat! You will feel the level of comfort the minute you walk in the welcoming ground floor entry foyer. Kids and adults both love the beaches here, wide enough for family volleyball game, perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking, surf fishing or just relaxing. And should you ever tire of the beach (like you really could), then stretch out in the hot tub and let is sooth away any stress you brought with you. This house is truly amazing, and designed to not disappoint.

The main living level greets you with rich wood floors flowing into an open-concept main living space with outstanding Gulf views and plenty of space for the whole family to gather. It begins in an open kitchen with granite counters covering a large island with seating for 5. Stainless Steel appliances and a 5 burner gas range is a dream for the Chef in the family, and makes meal prep a breeze. The dining area is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen and 5 spacious bedrooms offer a private retreat to rest and reflect back on all the fun had that day.

To assist in your adventure at Sand Haven, your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

Beautiful Home

I have rented many homes in Cape San Blas and this is one of my favorites, by far. It is beautifully decorated, has everything a renter would need, plenty of room for all to gather together or spread out separately, and comfortable deck furniture, including a porch swing and rocking chairs. We could not have been happier and hope to stay at Sand Haven again next year!

Stunning home!

We\'ve been coming to the Cape for years and this is the most beautiful home we\'ve stayed in hands down. Beautiful views in every room and close to everything on the Cape. Gorgeous beach access and boardwalk. Giant hot tub overlooking the gulf. We will be back to Sand Haven again next year!

Spent Christmas on the beach in this beautiful home. Fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed for a big family dinner. Sunsets were beautiful - especially from the large hot tub. I’m ready to go again
