RISE N SHINE in this fun, inviting, cozy beachfront St. George Island beach house. This spectacular beachfront home boasts fabulous views from every room of this house. The open concept living-dining-kitchen allows plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the views while being able to mingle and enjoy each other. The updated kitchen/dining and living areas, as well as one bathroom are all on the first level with the large open sun deck.

The two bedrooms and the second bathroom are on the top floor. Each bedroom has a King bed, and one also has a Twin sleeper loveseat. A Queen sleeper sofa is in the living room on the first level for additional sleeping options.

The living room and both bedrooms have large smart flat screen TVs with sateliite TV service. A blu-ray player is in the living area for your family's favorite after dinner movies.

To assist in your adventure at Rise N Shine, your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

Bringing a pet ? That can be arranged for additional fee. No events allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or groups that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit.

Wonderful!

We loved our stay at Rise & Shine! It’s the cutest little beach front cottage. The location is obviously great, right on the beach and we rented bikes with the credit offered and able to take an easy ride to Paddy’s and Blue Parrot. The beds are extremely comfortable, kitchen well equipped, check in and out easy, the large back deck was great, cottage very clean and decorated just adorable. I just can’t say enough good things about Rise & Shine!! ❤️

Steps to the beach

Cute house with private boardwalk to the beach. Views of beach from every window. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, kitchen with everything you need. Nice living area open to kitchen downstairs. Short golf cart ride to restaurants and shopping. Very comfortable beach home! Easy checkin and check out process. Helpful staff
