This Gulf-front home will feature a private pool and private boardwalk through the spacious grounds to your own stretch of Indian Pass sands. With room to spread out and plenty of beach-facing deck, Redbird Beach may become your favorite roost.

The main living area is located on the second floor of this four-level home. An open living/dining/kitchen plan boasts wide open views of the Gulf, and clever folding doors let you divide the space as you would like. A half-bath on this level offers additional convenience.

On the first floor, three king suites provide sleeping accommodations. The master suite features a separate sitting area, and expansive master bath with Gulf-view jetted tub. The laundry room is also on this level.

On the ground floor, the fourth king suite opens directly onto the pool deck through double doors – coffee al fresco? The fifth king bedroom shares a full bath with a bunk room featuring a full-over-queen bunk and a twin-over-twin bunk. An additional half-bath provides extra facilities. A second living/gaming area offers entertainment options for the younger set or makes a convenient spot to catch the game and keep an eye on the kids.

The top floor is a bunk suite, with two full beds and four single beds in addition to the en suite bath.

Bed count: 5 King x 1 Queen x 3 Full x 6 Twin. This Home Accommodates 24.

Bringing a pet or want pool heat? Either one can be arranged for additional fee (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature). Please check with us on size and number limits for pets. No events allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or groups that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit.

Great trip to Florida’s forgotten coast

This was a great location and home for a week trip with the cousins. It was nice to get away from the more touristy areas for a change.

Private oasis at Redbird Beach

Redbird Beach offered an almost private beach experience for us. The number of houses located on this stretch of Indian Pass made us feel like we were the only ones on the beach! The main level of the house was very spacious. The newly renovated lower level was very nice. We had an issue with the AC units which property management addressed quickly. We rented pontoons from Capt. Clint's and spent the day on the tip of the Cape! Highly recommended. We were unable to get the Dish to work on most of the TV's. Unfortunately, Dish was not able to make it out to us until after our stay, so I am not sure if that issue is resolved. The kids loved catching frogs and lizards in the yard. The lush green space between the house and beach makes for a beautiful view! Bring bug spray!! Be sure to check restaurant hours/days of operation. They are all different making it hard to plan any last-minute meals! We visited the quaint town of Apalachicola and had a nice meal at The Owl. Everyone was very friendly. We drove up to Mexico beach to rent jet skis. The house was spacious enough for our group of 17 (10 adults 7 kids). The house could use some more trash cans inside (bathrooms, laundry room etc.) Overall we had a great time!!
