PALMETTO @ SUNSET POINTE is a Gulf-front home located in the gated community of Sunset Pointe and is the perfect place for large groups or dual family vacations. Gulf views mean you do not have to leave the comforts of the house to experience Cape San Blas’ well-documented beauty. Six King Master Suites, and two bunk rooms provide the perfect sleeping arrangements for your group; while a private swimming pool promises to provide hours of entertainment when you are not at the beach. Two dining areas in addition to the kitchen island and peninsula provides space for everyone to enjoy meals together.

All 8 bedrooms boast a private bathroom and for your convenience, an elevator services all three floors of the home. In addition to everything this home has to offer, there is also a large community pool available. With 8 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms, this gulf front vacation home located on the north cape accommodates 25.

To assist in your adventure at Palmetto @ Secluded Dunes, your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental, delivery fee may apply. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

Bringing a pet or want pool heat? Either one can be arranged for additional fee (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature). Wonderful Home

This was our 10th year on Cape San Blas, but our first year dealing with Cape and Coast. The best rental company we have worked with. The house was in great condition, with typical rental home use issues. We were very happy with our stay. Our only complaint was we wished a home this size had a 2nd refrigerator.
Hi Bradley, Thank you so much for your review! There is actually a second fridge on the ground level in the closet right by the entry door. Before you're next visit we will put in some signs or perhaps move it's location to make it more convenient. Hope to have you back soon!

Great Family Getaway

The house had ample space and was great for our large group. It was nice that each room had its own bathroom. The beach was so close and was not crowded in our area- it was like having a private beach! The pool was great and was used a lot. The kitchen and living area on the top floor were open and never felt crowded with our group. We enjoyed the extra living space in the basement as well.

New year’s stay

The house is newly constructed in a wonderful location with a beautiful, quiet beach right out outside. We spent many a relaxing day either with the doors open to enjoy the sound of the surf or exploring the beachfront with dog and kids in tow. There was ample space in the home for three families/10 people. This house suited our needs well. Everyone had a bedroom and bathroom and could find space together and apart. It was wonderfully clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with many kitchen gadgets. The management company was receptive, available and prompt in dealing with the issues that arose. There were a number of issues, the biggest ones being spotty internet (a tradeoff for the location), no hot water for the first day and a half (the safety devices on all the showers had not been removed), several pieces of broken furniture, and third floor balcony doors that were unable to be secured and swung open with every brisk breeze. This house has many construction quirks that would make it undesirable as the owner, but as a temporary renter, none were big enough to impact our vacation. Plus they make for good future stories. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated all that the remoteness and calm of the location offered. We recharged and spent long hours catching up with family that we had not seen in over a year. We would come back to this lovely area and use this management company again. Manager's Response: Thank you for letting us know about your stay. As you mentioned, new construction can have some quirks, but Cape & Coast is always available to resolve issues. The doors in this home are hurricane doors that require special handling to close properly. (With the door securely closed, lift the handle with a small amount of force until you can feel the rod securely go into the top and bottom door frames, while the handle is still in the up position, turn the door lock and release the handle. If closed and locked correctly, you cannot push down on the handle.) We agree with you, that it is in a great location and is a beautiful house and we are so happy that you enjoyed your stay.

A Thanksgiving to remember

My family ( husband and two elementary age boys) stayed in Palmetto with my mom, father and stepfather for Thanksgiving 2020. The home was absolutely gorgeous and was even more beautiful and custom than the pictures. The kitchen was perfect for large groups and the bedroom/bathroom layouts were perfect. All the same size and finish so there wouldn’t be any squabbling over bedrooms. Access to the beach was simple and this part of the Cape was very remote. Closest next person to us was 200 feet away. There were some issues with the house that we reported and all were just final construction punch list items. Mostly little things like handles broken, or towel racks not connected well. The elevator was a problem and we had a maintenance guy come out to help get it back running. We would most definitely stay here again!!!

Big Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at Palmetto for our family vacation. The house was clean and had a good layout for the family to enjoy each other while cooking and eating meals. The pool was perfect. And being on the beach was amazing. We loved that it had an elevator for getting coolers to the kitchen and for our elderly family members to be able to enjoy the whole house and easily get to the pool and beach access. The Cape and Coast office personnel were attentive and answered questions as quickly as possible. Although the house had maintenance going on while we were visiting everyone was kind and courteous to us during our stay. This 7 bed 7 bath house was great for us and we definitely recommend it!

Great Place

We truly enjoyed our stay at Palmetto at Sunset Pointe. The house is very spacious, the gunite pool is a nice plus and the location on the beach can't be beat. We would definitely recommend and will likely come back.
