NAUTICAL SKY @ SECLUDED DUNES delivers magnificent views and proximity to the sugar-white sand beaches and emerald waters of Cape San Blas. New construction that is also new to the rental market, this home is in the highly desired community of Secluded Dunes on North Cape San Blas. This coastal chic beach home provides everything you will need for a memorable and relaxing vacation in a luxury rental. This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom gulf view vacation home located on the north cape accommodates 12.

It is rare to find a single-story home with an elevator, but Nautical Sky is not an ordinary beach home. Under-house parking and elevator access makes bringing in luggage and food a breeze. The great room brings everyone together for cooking, dining, and enjoying one another while the front porch with screened area and sunning section provides outdoor living space that is perfect for watching the sunsets or stargazing. The back screened deck features a gas grill making it the perfect place for summertime grilling and bird watching. Be ready to spot a majestic bald eagle among other beautiful birds.

Looking for adventure during your stay at Nautical Sky? Your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental, delivery fee may apply. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the beach, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Lagoon, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

Nautical Sky Secluded Dunes – January 2022

The Nautical Sky property was beautiful, well maintained and located in a beautiful area of Cape San Blass. The Secluded Dunes community is right next to the state park and very quiet. Several times we saw bucks with antlers in our yard and the general area. This our fourth trip to CSB in two years but this is our first time renting from Cape and Coast. The staff were great. When we contacted them with questions or asked for help, they responded immediately and took care of us ASAP. We will definitely use Cape & Coast for future trips to this beautiful paradise.

Great family vacation!

Wonderful home for our extended family of 9. We loved that the home had 2 full size fridges along with a drink cooler. We cooked most of our meals and found the kitchen well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc. Loved the extra large dining table for both family dinners and family game night. Very close easy walk to beach and plenty of seating by the pool on non-beach days. Quiet and very private 1st tier location.

Love This House

I absolutely loved this house! It was super clean and in great condition. The layout was fantastic and having only one floor to deal with was definitely a plus!! We had a party of 9 and had plenty of room. The giant table was really, really great with room for everyone. The hot tub was by far the favorite over the pool, but both were awesome. We also loved having a bathroom on the ground level. It was so convenient! We were so grateful to be allowed use of beach boardwalk of the house in front us. We did, however end up mostly walking through the empty lot down the street because we didn’t want to crowd the family that was staying in the house. We love Cape San Blas and had a lovely vacation. The only drawbacks were the kitchen items such as the bowls, utensils and pots and pans could use some updating.. it was kind of a hodge podge of different items. And, it would be so helpful to label the exact remote and button to push to turn on the TVs. There were SIX remotes in the bowl and we had no clue which one to use. We had to call the rental company to help us and still we never got one of the TVs in the bedroom to work. However those are very trivial things in the scheme of how great this house is!! We have been coming to the Cape for 6 years now and this house was definitely one of the favorites!!

Great home for the family!

This house was perfectly equipped for our family. (9 total with 2 kids) This is our sixth year to the cape and our first time in Nautical sky. The house was much bigger than it seems and one level which was great for the kids and grandparents. The refrigerator on the ground level was a great touch. There was construction going on where you would access the beach. So the neighbor allowed us to use their boardwalk but it did have a good bit of stairs. Only issues we had was the elevator made a beeping noise all week that was not resolved (maintenance came the first day we called in a timely fashion and again the next day) Also the wifi did not work after the first day. ( I didn't mind being able to disconnect but the grandparents did) Overall great home and great experience!

Night time delight pool lights

Super family gathering house. Long table to seat our 10 member family to share peaks and pits of the day:). Have to really search hard for the pits!!! Neighbor directly across the street shared access to ocean which was a surprise peak!!! Fun red or blue or white lights in pool and little fire pit for parents to watch kids in pool at night.

Excellent property! Beautiful and well maintained. Love the layout! Comfortable beds; very clean; huge kitchen with everything you need and then some. Neighbor across the street allowed use of their boardwalk so we didn’t have to cross on the vacant lot, which didn’t look easy.

ALMOST PERFECT!

With out a doubt, the best designed beach house I have ever rented on the Cape in 17 years of renting! Gorgeous! A rare one level with an elevator and a pool! Newer custom home with great floor plan and high end appliances and more! Be aware the hurricane took away the boardwalk beach access and until it is replaced, there is no easy beach access assigned to this rental! Also, it is time for all mattresses to be replaced! Once those issues are resolved, I will be back! The road was curbed and resurfaced during our stay with a beautiful permeable Bahama Stone...nice!

We usually stay gulf front but nothing was available. We found Xanadu and boy were we pleasantly surprised! Brand new and Beautifully decorated! It was so nice to go from one side with the trees and wildlife to the gulf on the other! We got the best of both worlds! The bird watching is spectacular!!

Xanadu, was an awesome place to stay, we had two families with three kids and Xanadu was a perfect fit. It was a blessing that our Barrier Dunes Rental was canceled and we had a chance to choose another spot and Xanadu did not disappoint. The under counter ice maker was a life saver. It alone saved us several trips to the store to buy ice. We enjoyed the screened porch facing the beach every morning with our coffee. We will definitely come back to Xanadu.
