Located on a quiet cul de sac, beachfront with a private boardwalk and pool, Casa Paradiso is the perfect vacation home for group gatherings while still providing guest privacy. All new flooring and counters throughout, remodeled kitchen featuring new stainless appliances,refinished bathrooms, and all new furnishings await. The open and spacious main living area on the second floor delivers open views of the Gulf of Mexico and pool area from the living room, kitchen, and dining room, featuring seating for 26.

This is the ideal home for your next family or friends gathering, located in the quiet gated community of the Plantation, offering a community pool, tennis/pickleball courts and fitness area. The main living level also features a King Family Master beachfront suite with full bath, and a separate sleeping room with full over full bunks in addition to the king bedroom. There is also another king bedroom and a powder room on this level.

The first level features a second King Family Master beachfront suite with full bath and separate twin over twin bunk room. A fourth king room with private deck access shares a jack and jill bath with two full-over-full bunks. The sixth bedroom is a beachfront full-over-full bunk room with private deck access. An additional full bath is tucked away with the laundry room on this level.

Layout:
Ground floor - pool with ample sitting/sunbathing area; outdoor shower; 1/2 bathroom; screened area with fish cleaning station; plenty of shaded parking.

First floor
- Spacious beachfront King Family Master with en suite bathroom; 1 King plus separate sleeping room with twin-over-twin bunk.
- Second beachfront king bedroom; Jack & Jill bathroom.

- Every beachfront bedroom on this level opens to the beachfront deck with direct access to the pool area and boardwalk to the beach.

- Main living area: large kitchen with plenty of prep area, including an island, with access to beachfront screened porch; living room with floor to ceiling windows providing open views of the Gulf and the pool area.
- Dining room opens to the beachfront screened porch.

Looking for more adventure during your stay? Your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental. Whether it is sitting under an umbrella on the wide-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear is delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

Bringing a pet? This can be arranged for an additional fee. No events allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit.

Spent a week in Paradise!

Perfect location and spacious accommodations for a great extended family vacay. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Well equipped kitchen for cooking for large group! Rental and delivery of beach gear added effortless extra fun and entertainment for the kiddos!
