There are no tall dunes blocking the view of this beautiful Gulf-front home. You can sit on the screened porch or the main deck and watch the kids play on the beach. Both Gulf-front decks are designed for dining or relaxing and all bedrooms have Gulf views. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this gulf front vacation home accommodates 12.

This home also features an open concept main living level, gas grill conveniently located near the pool, beautiful and well-stocked kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. Different family members supporting different sports teams? Not a problem! There is a flat-screen TV provided in each bedroom.

Looking for adventure during your stay at Beach Retreat? Your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental, delivery fee may apply. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

Cape and Coast always comes through. When our normal rental was not available, they found this well maintained jewel for us. The views were magnificent and the property was well appointed. Our only complaints were the difficulty with a couple of sliding glass doors and the condition of the deck furniture upstairs.....other than that a PERFECT stay!!

Beach Retreat was perfect for us. The house was well stocked and the floor plan gave us plenty of space. My husband and I were on the first floor and son, daughter-in-law and grand daughter upstairs. The beach views were fabulous from every room. Red Tide was pretty bad but they scraped the beach several times and fortunately we had the enclosed pool area and were able to make the best of it. This was our 16th year going to the area and Beach Retreat is now our favorite!

Enjoyed our stay at Beach Retreat. Would definitely recommend. The heated pool was a hit with grandkids. The screened porches were great. The main floor porch had high top table and a second smaller one and another eating table and chairs . Would have been nice if there had been a few chairs to lounge in on that main porch. The upper level had that type furniture but as a group we did not use that furniture very much. It was off from the bedrooms. We did love that every room opened onto a screened porch. I would rate 5 star to overall satisfied, property’s general condition, good location, clean, and property management

We had a wonderful stay at Beach Retreat. Home was equipped with “everything” Very comfortable beds and the ice machine and extra refrigerator downstairs was a nice bonus. LOVED the fire pit and pool was amazing. Highly recommend.

We loved this house! We have been staying on the Forgotten Coast for over 30 years and this is one of the best homes we’ve stayed in. The proximity to the beach is ideal and the beach was not crowded at all. The pool was perfect. The screened porches were great for avoiding the mosquitos at night. The house was clean and well kept. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds slept good! And the ice maker may have been our favorite amenity! It is a close drive to Apalachicola, Cape San Blas and Port St. Joe. And just down the road from Indian Pass Raw Bar. Amazing home. Have nothing negative to say! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

This was our 3rd trip to the forgotten coast, the first time at this house. We loved it enough to book next year. Lots of space, comfortable beds and every thing you could need . Beach Retreat is well organized and well equipped. I would highly recommend this place and Cape and Coast, they were great to deal with and easy to communicate with.

The house was perfect, the kitchen was the best stocked we had ever stayed, bed rooms were good and the house was BEACH FRONT, doesn’t get any better. We also had an outdoor fire pit and a pool neither of which were used very much but still super to have available. We were moved to this house at the last minute due to beach renovation, with that said KUDOS to Cape and Coast who handled all this in a first class manner, the entire staff were superior, wouldn’t rent from anyone else, they treated us as life long friends and we soon won’t forget.

Beautiful home right on the beach! Loved the beach and the pool. House is fabulous!! LOVED the screened in porches. Spent most of my time on the porch when not on the beach. Cannot recommend this enough! Will definitely be returning. Already have my reservation for this year!
